“I eat here every week. I'm always in a hurry, and just want a couple cheap slices, that taste good. They are usually ready (unlike other places), and I am in and out in no time. I've never had bad or rude customer service, they are always accommodating. They are the only place that has decent tuna salad in town. When I actually have time to order, the subs are good, calzones and strombolis are great, the only black sheep on the menu is the pasta.”

“I was super disappointed when the old owner decided to close up shop and retire a few months ago. Luckily I was driving by today and saw that they had reopened under new ownership! They're using the same recipe that the old owner used but they're changing it up by having a more diverse offering of flavors. Really they're all wonderful but I would suggest trying the Apple Pie and the Strawberry Cheesecake. :) Make sure you stop in and give the shop a try!”

There is a handsome man working the register (I think his name is Ray ;) ) and he is undeniably polite and fulfills customer requests accurately in a timely manor. For the complaints about not wearing gloves in previous reviews, coming from someone who has taken food safety courses, when making pizza and other hot prepared food, gloves are not legally required because the temperatures in the ovens/friers is so hot it burns off any existing bacteria. Over all I highly recommend this place as a Havre De Grace native, and would definitely come back.”

“This was my first experience with Maryland crab cakes and I was very impressed. Much much better than anything I've gotten around Pittsburgh (which I expected). Went in on a weekday night. Atmosphere was good, they had a live band playing that performed a nice mix of rock and blues songs. The waitress was awesome and was very knowledgeable about the area. She was very confident in the crab cakes and they did not disappoint. Prices were reasonable and the food came out pretty quickly. Decent beer selection. Great experience overall.”
