“We’ve been here a number of times. I think it’s only fair to rate on the basis of more than one visit. Our experiences average out to four stars. Above all the food is good. Well prepared, flavorful, reasonably presented. The service? Is a function of when you go. During busy times it suffers. Although I think management is working hard to correct this. Our most recent visit (Fysol in particular greeting and seating us) demonstrated that they’ve improved substantially over our worst experiences in the past. All in all? It’s an above average (and improving) breakfast/brunch spot.”

“This location isn't to far & use to be 24/7. I don't know if it still is or not because it started going down hill quick & even though its in a fairly good area started having gangs hanging out there so I quit going. I was close to them, was hungry & was craving one of their sandwiches. Even though it was a peak eating time, barely after the normal lunch time & there were a ton of cars outside, I still took a chance. There were only two other customers in there & only one came in after me ... not a good sign for a usual busy time for anyone serving food. The woman behind the counter wasn't the nicest, didn't listen & talked so low I could barely hear her. I gave her the number of the meal I wanted & the size, & she asked if I wanted the meal or just the sandwich & asked what size I wanted. Then gave me my cup & a number. I thought it was odd since the couple people that were there had already finished eating, were older & just sitting there talking. When she brought me my food she was walking super slow, half tossed the tray on the table ... I was glad my drink wasn't on it, & said," Here. ". I guess I learned the hard way. I won't be going back.”

“We have gone to this Panera for a few years now and found the quality consistently high. The staff are almost always friendly and efficient. The environment is pleasant, with a fireplace and lots of booths, and the arrangement makes it possible to have a conversation without shouting. Soups, sandwiches, bagels - they’re all good. It’s a fine place to meet a friend or take the family out without breaking the bank.”

“I had trouble with the app on phone so had to use my DD card. When ordering a large coffee with syrups and sugar, they don't always stir it, or put enough sugar in so you could taste it. I usually have to add sugar or go back to the counter for Xtra caramel and/or ask for a few stirrers before I leave the drive thru. In the phone App you can tell them how many squirts of syrup and teaspoons of sugar you like. The dark roast coffee usually tastes better than Starbucks, less bitter and syrups are free. This is where I go when I need a quick cup of coffee on my way to work.”
