“My family and I went for dinner to check out Aida’s Bistro and immediately liked what we saw. The food was fantastic and service was awesome. We decided to hold my daughter’s bridal shower here as well. They were phenomenal! Every request was taken care of with kindness and courtesy. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and went out of their way to ensure this special occasion was magnificent for us and our guests. We will definitely refer our friends and plan to return many more times in the future. I’d like to especially note how wonderful the manager, Joe was in helping with plans. I can’t thank enough, Josh, the server who helped to host our event. Josh was wonderful and took care with every detail to make things run smoothly. I came in for a breakfast sandwich during a rush and waited 32 minutes for food. I understand it gets busy during the morning rush but I found this to be far too long of a wait and gave me no reason to ever considering coming back. The food, when it finally arrived, was very tasty. However, as the seating is very limited and the taste of the food does not make up for the wait I would find no reason to ever return to Rise unless they were able to handle their rushes more efficiently. If you are planning on eating at Rise please come in with a patient mindset.”

The food is JJ standard which means it’s good. I like the texture of the bread here far better than the other sub-chain alternative. This is far better for the same or a bit better price. I have not used the delivery yet. They have a small delivery radius.”

I didn't go 5 stars because there's better chicken in the city but this is by far the best option between Baltimore and Frederick. Also no 5 stars because there didn't have an collard greens.”
