Koopers Chowhound Food Truck

Three visits so far cuz we like heavy seas brewery that is hosting these guys in the parking lot.
I hope it's just startup jitters but so far it has been pretty lackluster food. Our friend complained about her burger that it smelled rancid and she didn't trust it so she threw it out.
I had a gyro (pic) which is served like a quesadilla instead of typical ice cream cone shape. The meat was overcooked n the sauce was just in the middle not spread around. Had potential but would not get it again. Don't think this chef knows what a gyro is supposed to be.
Also had seafood gumbo (pic) it was cold then I asked them to heat it up and was better but everything tasted the same regardless if it was a bite of chicken or shrimp. Makes me think it has been sitting in the fridge somewhere for days. Would not order again.
Vegetarian wife has ordered spicy cheese curds (pic) two times. First time they were cooked well but so spicy she couldn't eat them. Second time spice level was good but they were overcooked and dried out.
