Lunch special is a great deal. Good food for less than 7 bucks, including a can of soda.

Another hidden gem in Rockville, I usually have an issue with some of the Chinese places you will find in the area specially when they offer spicy options but do not deliver with the authenticity. This place however will deliver and offer a wide variety of middle dishes and apps that will keep you wanting more. The tofu with numbing pepper is to die for and the wontons in chilly oil will ruin friendships when there is only one left! I recommend the spicy noodle for your first time.

Best authentic Asian food around, end of story.

This is a restaurant that gets polarized reviews. Some really like it, some don't like it at all. One reason for this is you really need to know what to order here. The menu offer a huge variety, yet only selected items are great. One of them is "Fu Qi Fei Pian" (couple's scrap slices). The best "Fu Qi Fei Pian" in the area in my opinion. Other dishes that I would recommend include sweet and sour cucumber salad, house special dry mixed noodle ("Zhao Pai Ban Mian"), beef in bun ("Shao Ping Niu Rou"), sour cabbage pork ("Suan Cai Bai Rou") and others. The other reason for mixed reviews is the quality of the food varies. Going there on Saturdays for dinner is a safe bet. Monday lunch, perhaps, not a good idea. It gives me no pleasure saying it, but I really think this could be a top local restaurant if the taste of food could be more consistent.
