Good food, customer service is ok at best. Place is barely clean the few times I have visited. Wait time is decent, about 10 minutes or less on average.
Used to taste so yummy. Taste seems to have changed. Very good service though
I do not recommend the veggies for hibachi (really weird chemical taste), but for the price and quick food service, it really can't be beat. They also have a punch card, where you can get a free hibachi plate if you go nine times.
I also recommend getting sushi from there. They prepare the salmon fresh from an actual filet of the salmon fish, not from prepackaged chunks that look suspect. The sushi is really reasonably priced and doesn't have a fishy odor to it at all.
Look, you're not going here for a 5-star meal. You're going to Quickway for some hot fresh hibachi chicken and maybe some vegetables so you can convince yourself you ate something, anything healthy. And that's really what Quickway does best. Everything is fresh and delicious. The workers are all great. The California rolls in the bento box don't even look suspicious and are pretty okay. It's a good time. You get a frequent diner card you'll lose immediately. I've probably got six at the bottom of my purse right now. I eat here a lot.
