CHILI TALK

We have a lot of hot pot options in the area, but not many that serve dry hot pot (mala pots). I have now visited twice within two days and I have to say this place does not disappoint. Quite tasty and has several options that should satisfy most people's preferences. Their menu also does a good job with suggesting how many items to select based on the number of people eating. I have brought two friends in that have never tried this style before and they became a fan.

I saw they serve bento lunch versions of their mala pot during the week for about $10. Haven't tried yet but sounds like a great deal.

Additionally, I have tried their naked crayfish with rice dish. While the crayfish did not look as giant as the promotional picture, they do provide a decent amount so I can't complain. Good heat to it as well. I can see myself ordering it again in the future.

This place is quite the hidden gem. Giving them 5 stars for now since each meal has hit the spot. I look forward to trying more of their menu items and making this one of my new regular spots.

P.S. Chili Talk is inside T-Swirl Crepe, which is worth trying out as well for some above average boba tea and desserts.
