A great place to eat, think, write, or trade jokes with the cook. If I lived a little closer I'd be a regular. -

(December 8, 2018, 12:06 pm)If you are looking for a friendly place with home cooked food, this is the place! Everything is made from scratch from the home fries to the biscuits and gravy. I will be making my there for breakfast while I am in the area.

(December 5, 2018, 12:56 pm)Just absolutely amazing. It was a great late night meal with incredibly delicious T bone steaks, eggs and crispy bacon. They even offer cinnamon toast and bread pudding. This is your classic, dependable dinner and the service was excellent. Constantly refilled water and it was a great value. Definitely a new favorite local spot!

(November 23, 2018, 3:06 pm)Ok. I’ll be honest. This place has 5 star breakfast. Lunch and dinner are a little lackluster. But I absolutely love Tastee Diner and I come about once a week. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly, and people interact with each other here. By far and away my favorite spot in Bethesda.
