If you want the full treatment, the Minerva restaurant on 355 at Shady Grove Rd has a lunch buffet. “I went there around 1pm or so, it wasn't busy at all. The place is cozy , located in the corner of the shopping center. It just Japanese style of cooking, its not really Japanese, which is okay because the food is good, They have multiple choice . I chose the salmon bento, it was ready after about 7 minutes and it was very consistent, 4 California rolls , some dumpling, rolls and of course the fried rice and ???? & salmon bento itself! It was good to my surprise. The tea was good too. Would recommend it!”
