    The good:
    Food is hot, fresh and delicious!
    Cashier/front staff is very friendly!
    Clean atmosphere with a big open window view of the kitchen.
    Easy to read and understand menu.
    The salad is spectacular, as my picture shows they spare nothing.
    The ground beef is so moist and soft.
    The bad:
    Size of cucumber yogurt is too small, maybe a little bigger portion.
    My mom got the ground beef meal with rice. The portion of only one kabob is too small in my opinion. I would rather pay a tiny bit more and have two ground beef kabobs in the meal.

    Found it on yelp and excited to try something new in this area. I am so glad I found this place. My husband and I had chicken and beef kabob with half rice half salad. The meat were tender and tasty! The portion was right and tasted very fresh especially the salad. Definitely ordering from here again!

    Great atmosphere, the food is so delicious! The service was amazing as well. I totally recommend this place and will come back soon!

    Mahshad restaurant is one of the best restaurant in Rockville city. I highly recommend you to go there and enjoying the food’s, and their food is good for elders as well who cares about salt and oil. Also, their foods are organic.

    Enjoyed delicious eggplant caviar, spicy hummus, ground beef kebab and freshly assembled salad. Owners were very gracious and accommodating. Looking forward to our next visit very soon.
