Fried tofu and fennel (茴香) dumplings are good. Yunnan rice noodles are great.

This is one of my favorite Chinese eateries for nearly 20 years. True, it's a hole-in-the-wall place not suitable for first dates, but it has one of the best Yunnan Rice Noodles (過橋米線) in the area. Many other dishes on the Chef's Special and seasonal dishes on the wall are quite good, too. I recommend the Deep-Fried Tofu and the Calamari (not pictured), and the Pig Liver Stir-Fry if you're into "bizarre" foods.

A great little spot for great homestyle Chinese food. We've been coming to this little place for several years. Their food has been consistent, delicious, and homey! The noodles are a regional specialty from China - the noodles themselves are not authentic but taste great nevertheless. Try both their signature noodle and the pickled cabbage/sauerkraut version. The fried tofu, general tso's chicken, beef chow fun, and garlic & stir fried greens (varies by season) are always great. There's definitely other great dishes to try as well!

Keep in mind that more authentic Chinese food is generally less saucy, salty, and sugary :)

Probably my favorite Chinese restaurant within driving distance (and there are a lot to pick from). Cheap prices, huge portions, great flavor, good selection, really excels in every category.

The service is a little... impersonal? Which doesn't bother me at all (I kind of prefer it) but some people might feel differently.

Good quality food, reasonable priced. They also serve Yunan specialties. They will be my go to Chinese restaurant until proven otherwise.
