“Not all Starbucks are equal. Depending on your barista which is the employee making your drink you can have a different experience. The managers and senior baristas usually know what they're doing and will get your coffee, specialty drink or tea refresher just right. But the freshman barista won't. However Starbucks has excellent customer service! So don't be afraid to ask for exactly what you want it's all part of the somewhat pricey experience.”
