El Sapo Restaurant Cuban Social Club

Went there in a party of 12 on a Saturday night. Very lively upon entry with a combo of live and recorded music. Food and drink was very good BUT, and I don't know if it was because they were very busy, it took way too long for the food. Not only that, but when it did come, the dishes were served family style. That led to mass confusion within our group. Service was good, not great. Our server was around sporadically but was accommodating when present. Lastly, the manager did not come over one time to see how we were doing. That is unacceptable, seeing as we ended up spending $800.

Authentic Cuban food, great atmosphere and wonderful experience. Gabriella was out waitress she provided wonderful recommendations and was on point with every choice. This was my second time visiting in less then 2 weeks. It is definitely a must when visiting downtown Silver Spring. Make sure you RSVP early this place does get pack.

I have to say I'm very picky with food and service, and I am very impressed with this place! From the moment we came in to being seated, ordering food, receiving food, and the check,the customer service was excellent. The atmosphere was amazing, the music and the live singer were entertaining. What can you complain about hearing live music after a hard day at work!? Amazing food, amazing staff. You have to try this place. I will be coming back with many more friends!

Great new spot in Silver Spring. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in and the place is beautifully put together. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food is really fantastic. We tried it for restaurant week but we a hooked and will definitely be back!

Great food. Nice selection of crafted drinks. Portions are small for the price but food is great. Love the love music and the servers were really nice. Great customer service! I would go back.
