Customer service was out of this world! The food was a cherry on top, thank you Miss Toyas for a wonderful Father’s Day. We expected a crowd and an overpriced menu, you all were the total opposite. Food was delicious and it’s a family oriented place of you go early. Reasonably priced!!!

I enjoyed my time at Miss Toya's Creole House. There were five of us in the party. I was home visiting, so when I got there, there was a sign on the table welcoming me home. I thought that was thoughtful and made the experience feel very custom.
I was there for seafood and Miss Toya's delivered well!

I started off with the Oysters Rockefeller! They were amazing. For my entree, I had the Loaded Gumbo. Amazing flavors, and great presentation. My friends had other dishes (pictured). We had a great time. The atmosphere was great and the manager, Melissa was AMAZING! She came over and engaged us a few times during the meal, and because it was a welcome home dinner, she gave me complimentary cornbread which was phenomenal! We picked the best place to start off my visit back in the DMV! I will be back! Thanks Melissa!

Stopped in here on a weekend to grab a quick bite to eat. They were only serving small plates since it was between lunch and dinner times. We got the stuffed shrimp, which were fried with a little sauce and not much flavor. The wings were very saucy. Location and atmosphere were great, service was okay but what we ordered was somewhat mediocre based on our expectations.

This was Our first time came over for happy hour. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. It gives a chill and contemporary vibe.

Service was very friendly, from front check in to our waitress was all very attentive , the only advice is for the boy who brought out our food, he might want to pay a little more attention to what’s on the table in the future before put dishes down, so to avoid putting the plate on top of the silverware.

We order pretty much everything from the happy hour menu , and truly enjoyed the flavor of all the dishes that. The dishes were very flavorful and not over fried, like the chicken sandwich slider, fried green tomatoes, and bayou rolls. And the beans +rice was so tasty you can tell the beans cooked with good meat.

Good price on cocktails during happy hour and you can tell them to put syrup on the side to modify your drink.

The one star deduction was due to cleanliness. We changed 2 locations for seating and there are apparent food droppings at both locations on the seats and on the tables, don’t even mention the crumbs dropped on the floor, clearly it was not clean at all. Given the time of the day we went when they were not busy at all during that time, not sure why no one went around to clean up the place bit.

Will give it another try and hope to see some improvement.

I like this place! Went here for brunch with a small group from my church, and was pleasantly surprised by the GREAT location in Silver Spring (SS normally gives me anxiety just thinking about parking, lol)! It was Sunday, so parking in the garage was free and a short walk to the restaurant. The restaurant was super cute on the inside and outside. I was initially a little annoyed that the greeter told us brunch ended earlier than it actually did, but aside from that, the customer service was good. I ordered the French toast and crab deviled eggs and enjoyed both meals! The French toast had the perfect texture and I couldn’t believe how generous they were with the servings! The deviled eggs were also yummy, with just the right hint of sweetness. We all got a bite of the Bayou Rolls, but I did not care for those too much. I didn’t try the other dishes in my photos, but everyone else seemed to really like their meals. I’m giving this restaurant five stars because of their generous helpings, great location and ambience and overall good food at a reasonable price! I am very curious to see how their dinner items will compare. So… I will be back!
