The phở gà is really good, because the broth was rich and flavorful. The chicken was plentiful and the side plate of greens was fresh. The bít tết was also delicious. The chimichurri sauce added a unique flavor. The shrimp spring rolls were fresh, and nước mâm was available upon request.
I was a little skeptical cause pho is $18 but it’s new add close to home. Glad we gave it a go. Food was fresh, well executed and unique. Enjoyed every dish. Great for a couple but not for larger family style eating as each plate has limited portions. We shared an appetizer, two big plates and a dessert with a glass of wine. Paid about $75, not bad for today’s DC small plate dining. We cleaned our plates and I felt like I could have eaten just a hint more.
Delicious Vietnamese food in a quaint atmosphere with excellent service. We ordered several entrees for the table and each item served was fresh and tasty.
Great food at a charming neighborhood restaurant. Their menu selection is small but everything is made with care and love. I had the pork Banh Mi and the sandwich was superb; bread had great texture and perfectly crusted, pork belly was nicely cooked with a lot of flavor, and the veggies nicely complemented the generous portions of meat in the sandwich. I ordered carry out so didn't experience the service, but I've heard it's superb. Give this place a try!
Amazingly delicious! I loved the variety of dishes and how the menu is clearly marked with gluten free and/or vegan options. The fresh spring rolls and banh xeo (sizzling crepe) were incredible.
