The peolple there are really friendly and will gladly give you extra sauce if you want it

I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming. The manager held the door for customers entering and exiting restaurant. My food came out quickly and my order was correct.

Nothing against this location, I just think it always seems like a better idea to eat chic fila before I go there. I love it but always feel like I should've eaten something else and it is never that satisfying a meal. Love fried food for a second but then hate it after.

There is always a line, but they move things along pretty smoothly. The outside line often looks overwhelming but I have had no issues there. I have only gone inside once and unfortunately they forgot to make my drinks or put my sauces in the bag. It's a great place nonetheless.

Great fast customer service. Food was ready before I finished paying. I had kids and didn't have the table napkin set up the floor staff came over and helped me set it up for both kids ..very nice ..thank you
