    As a gamer, the atmosphere was pleasant, even with kids; since renovations. Great place for a kid's birthday party; which was the occasion.

    So busy and disorganized. There are way too many kids here to use very few equipments, so you end up waiting for a long time to get a spot for your child. Also I noticed alot of rough play amongst the children (running around too fast, shoving, etc) and no one is redirecting them. I was worried my kids will get hurt when I was there over the past 2 weekends. This is different from what it looks like in Minnesota. I will give kudos to the manager who worked on 12/23/18, she was able to attend to my complaint in a timely manner.

    I have gone twice this year. Once in July in the morning on a Friday. And then once in December in the afternoon on a Saturday. During my first visit there were not many birthday parties occurring so if you are able, you may consider having your child's birthday party in the morning during the week.

    During my second visit, there were many people there celebrating birthdays. On this day there were adults that got into a fight. (My assumption is that it was custody or family drama.) I believe that the incident on this day could have been avoided if they had more staff on hand and visible. While there we encountered a few machines that had either technical issues or that were out of tickets. If there were staff dedicated to sweeping the room and examining machines, then they would have been able to see any escalation before an incident occurs.

    I'm not saying this is something to expect at this location. I'm not complaining either, just want to make sure that the experience was known but that there are ways to improve.

    The staff at the front of the store were very helpful and friendly. There just needs to be more visible staff on the gaming floor and not just those working the birthday events.
