they redid the place excellent job on it customer service really great must have changed the recipe for macaroni and cheese cuz it was amazing this time... Got the extra crispy on a 20-minute ride home it was still crispy enjoyed that... We'll go back for another dinner

Food was good but the cashier, not so much. First, I place my order at the drive thru...the cashier says he will tell me the amount I owe at the window.. I pull up to the window, takes my card no amount given. I ask the amount.. was told the amount. The cashier head then goes behind the window and the next thing I knew a see only an arm hand me the food. The arm goes in and Ryan comes back out with my credit card. As the cashier is closing the window I ask for hot sauce, I get it; then sweet in low. The cashier looked at me like I have 5 heads then with an attitude tells me, "We ain't got none"(Now, mind you this is not the first time that I get the deer in headlights look at KFC when I ask for sweet in low). Then I asked about the pink packets, this cashier acted as if I was bothering him. OMG these fast food chains need to work on some of their cashiers. If you have an attitude maybe customer service is not for you.

They charged me for a biscuit when it was going to be 15 minutes before any would be ready & this was AFTER a 15 minute wait to order. Chicken was dry & chewy. Although, even with how busy they were the servers were all polite & friendly. I just wish they would have told me that they didn't have any biscuits. KFC biscuits are THE BEST.
