I guess the old cook isn’t there anymore and the old cashier is now the cook. Food isn’t edible, the potato’s with the breakfast now taste like chicken stuffing and is extremely salty!!. Creamed chipped beef wasn’t different but when u order crispy bacon that usually means crispy thru out not raw on left side and crispy on right. And now here we go again with the new cashier lady being nasty with customers!! The new cook (old cashier) was like that before for a while too.”

“My first experience around Thanksgiving was a long wait. I spoke to people in line that stated their previous wait in the lines were 30-45 minutes. But I literally was in line for an hr and a half. They did offer free samples while we waited which was nice. But to place an order online vs people you didn't, that process could've been more organized. Ham was delicious. But I don't know that I would stand in that line again around the holidays.”

“I go to this Dunkin' Donut just about every day. I always get the Caramel Iced Coffee. Perfect every time! They know me so well, sometimes when they see me pull up, they start making my iced coffee as I walk through the door. Everyone I have had contact with in the store has ALWAYS been pleasant. Customer service is the key and this store has never failed me. As a matter of fact, it is New Years and I want my first Caramel Iced Coffee of 2019. I am on my way :=)”

“The store can be Greta some days and bad on others. They often have a problem with there ice cream machine. I have gone in atleast on three different occasions and was told it is down. The food sometimes is fast to come out but sometimes when busy it takes a while to get food. The service is usually top notch and accommodating. I have only had one instance where my order was wrong.”

After some minutes I had to go to the counter for our meal. Maybe the service is quicker earlier during the day. I was there at 7pm. I do not like these "self service" concepts. It takes jobs from people.”
