    Pollo Cabana is very clean and professional establishment. The food was very fresh and the salmon was superb.

    I looked long and hard for a good place to eat on a recent trip to the DC area and found Pollo Cabana. I really wanted to like the place but was disappointed for a few of reasons. First, when trying to order I found the lighting at the counter shining in my face and not on the menu, making it a challenge to figure out what to order. Next, when I went to check out, the computer system had issues and the staff had to spend several minutes fixing it before I could pay. When I got to the table with my food, I found I had no plates or utensils and had to go searching for them as the staff was too busy to assist. All of that really ruined the experience for me.

    This place is great. Go here for lunch all the time and occassionally take a whole chicken home for the family. Everyone enjoys it
