“I looked long and hard for a good place to eat on a recent trip to the DC area and found Pollo Cabana. I really wanted to like the place but was disappointed for a few of reasons. First, when trying to order I found the lighting at the counter shining in my face and not on the menu, making it a challenge to figure out what to order. Next, when I went to check out, the computer system had issues and the staff had to spend several minutes fixing it before I could pay. When I got to the table with my food, I found I had no plates or utensils and had to go searching for them as the staff was too busy to assist. All of that really ruined the experience for me.”

I recommend the chicken and cheese. The marinade that they use for the chicken is absolutely delicious. I also like the Caesar salad, a pita is included to accompany the salad. Highly recommend”
