This has got to be one of Bowie‘s finest hidden gems! The staff was ultra friendly and professional, the food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the pork sliders with candy yams and I will be back for more! The food was moderately priced, and just the right amount of seating space to feel comfy. The pit master was doing his thing (as you can tell by the photo) with ribs and chicken galore! “First time at Cava and loved it! For two bowls (one veggie, the other with double meat and avocado - additional charges) and two large drinks it was $47. It may sound like a high price but the ingredients were very fresh and the bowls were filled. The team member who prepared our lunch was incredibly helpful. He walked us through the options and clearly explained items that would be an extra charge. The restaurant was clean, plenty of parking and delicious food. Thank you Cava!”

“I love the selection of music that is played here it is something for everyone whether you like R&B, Rap, Hip-Hop, Country or a little lite Rock it’s all played. The staff is very friendly which is truly appreciated it’s quite hard to find people that can serve you with a smile and endure some of the rudeness that comes along with being a server. Shout out to the Bartenders & Waitstaff😊. The Happy Hour drinks are delicious I wouldn’t mind seeing a weekly Happy Hour drink change but the drinks are good! The food well as a person who is starting my own food business I totally understand that food is subjective, everyone is not going to like everything and I’m a picky eater so other than the wings and fries which are good I’ll reserve those comments and say a lot of people order a lot of the menu and seem to enjoy it. “This is one of the best places to go if you want a reasonably healthy meal that also tastes pretty good. They serve brown rice. Lots of the dishes have vegetables and they aren’t all deep-fried. The Chinese restaurants around here are mostly junk food places. And in this small shopping center your other choices are Texas roadhouse, and you know what all that beef does to you, or deep fried chicken wings. Pick your poison or get something reasonably good at this place.”

“I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant during opening night and it was phenomenal. The staff was very polite and the décor was classy and charming. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the lamb chops which came with a side of parmesan spinach and garlic potatoes - everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I also tried their peach croissant bread pudding for dessert, which was lovely. The portion sizes are really nice and I felt pleasantly full after my meal. My friends tried the alcoholic drinks that were offered, and found them all to be very good. I definitely plan to come back here again to enjoy the food, service, and ambiance.”
