“If you're looking for some real authentic Jamaican cuisine. This is the joint, Paradise Island Grill! I had the chicken curry. Curry was very flavorful. Chicken was so tender and talk about juicy.... yummy! My spouse had the chicken stew and let me tell you chicken was amazing and the gravy is everything your taste buds could imagine... 🤤. Portions were just right and more. Hats off to the chef. This place is really a 10.”

I recommend the chicken wings with mambo sauce on them 🔥 The shrimp fired rice is almost $10 But for the size and the amount of shrimp that it came with, justified that price. I would say is the most consistent carry out / Chinese food spot in the area.”

“I am so glad La Patrona in Temple Hills! Their tamales are some of the best Mexican tamales I have ever had. The flavors are delicious and the "Atole" hot drinks are a perfect pairing! Authentic Mexican food is not easy to find in this area so I am happy to have them in the neighborhood. On top of that they are so kind over there and give off a warm family feel!!”

Today I received a menu from a new black owned business in the area, I decided to place an order for breakfast. To my SURPRISE the food was abso-freakin-lutely delicious. I had been going there as long as I remember long time ago, but never been back around there in over 8 years because of my busy life. this place is under new management I was told and what was a review by others over 2 years ago should be not taken to heart now, because a lot can change with new staff-so as to those of the past customer who complain come back and see for your self other wise find some place else to enjoy a good meal and review that place were you eat.
