The only down thing was that our food all came out at different times, so there was always one of us just watching the others eat. But I'm going to assume at this point that this was due to the place being newly opened and the kitchen staff still getting their act together. I ordered six of their deep-fried Asian zing wings, garlic bread with cheese, and a large pepperoni pizza. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't anything phenomenal, either. The wings could have been left in the deep fry for a little bit longer. They weren't undercooked just some of the skin lacked that crisp that I crave in a wing. The garlic cheese bread was kind of a letdown. It wasn't very flavorful. As for the large pizza, the pepperoni was tasty and overall I like the pizza. However, it's not a pie that I would go out of my way to have again. Pizza Boli's is neither outstanding or horrible. If I was short on time and needed a pizza here quickly I would probably choose this establishment for a delivery.”

“I visited Fiesta Pollo last evening and it was the best food decision I've made in awhile! I've driven passed this place plenty of time and finally decided to try it. The food and service is awesome!!! This place is a must try. Keep them in business. I took home the half Mexican chicken with meshed potatoes and Mexican rice. I also tried the floutas and a salad. I'm very picky about my food. Especially chicken.The food was so flavorful! Every bite! I loved the welcoming feeling from the employees and even spoke directly with the Owner. Very personable feeling. I hope they continue this way. I can't wait to see the menu extension in 2 weeks. I'll definitely return!!”
