“Took my mother for her first time. She enjoyed the chef cooking in front of us. I always enjoy it. Reminds me of Mongolian Barbecue. I won't get the veggie plate again. The food was delicious but I felt I was a bit robbed on the portion. The chef did have to divide them by seven people. I was supposed to have a double portion and it seemed to be 1 and 1/2.”

“Best vermicelli I've ever had. Will be coming back as a regular. So nice to find a local Vietnamese place that is also fantastic! What you'd think would be a hole in the wall turns out to be one helluva pleasant surprise. Very modern interior with the perfect amount of space between tables and plenty of room. This is an eat in place, not a to-go place. The design is almost formal but not, so you can dress nice and come here, or dress down and be casual and neither will make you feel out of place. They are authentic and give you the peanut sauce with your spring rolls, which are delicious. I saw the reviews and was like 4.9 after like 40 some reviews, all outstanding, had to try it myself. Took a friend. We were both very pleased and can't wait to come back. Food came very quickly after ordered. Friend and I both gave it a 5 out of 5.”

“First time here, what an amazing experience from the staff to the food. Had a funeral in town and it was across the street. Ordered the Rabbit to start and it even came with a puff pastry. My mother got the Scallops which had more than you could even eat. I had the Duck Breast with Sprouts. The waiter was excellent. Another waiter even came over that we knew and said hello. If your looking for a excellent meal and to come away with a fully belly. The Bistro is for you. A+”
