“Staff is not very attentive. Two of our party of four arrived 5 minutes later. Took 5-10 minutes for hostess to come and get their drink order. Took another 10 minutes to get the drinks (iced tea and hot tea); we were one of four tables! Appetizers and main course items were well prepared but trickled out of the kitchen. The Silk Thai calamari was excellent but the sauce was extremely salty. The curry, soup, and soft shell crab were excellent. Our bacon wrapped scallops never appeared even after asking again for them. The hostess did comp us with two delicious ice cream desserts which served all of us. I would like to go back with a caveat: ask if they use MSG! if yes I am leaving. Spouse and I were both feeling the effects of heavy dose of MSG after arriving home.”

Then, as we're eating, a crew member comes out to wipe the tables and such, she only did 1 swipe thru the tables and was using the same towel/rag (no spray bottle of bleach or disenfectant) to wipe the chairs/booths. I worked in the food industry for many yrs., that's a big no-no. Has no one seen the reports of the bacteria left on grocery store cart seats from kids? NASTY!”

“My wife and I absolutely love this Ruby Tuesday's. We have been going here for years .Great service every time. Ginger is a fantastic and very friendly waitress. The salad bar is fresh with lots of options also unlimited trips. The burgers are awesome. Cooked well every time. Kudos to The chefs there. I have had a variety of burgers there. The prime beef really puts the burgers on another level. The atmosphere is nice .Been to other Ruby Tuesday's but this one stands out. We will going there for years to come.”

“This is a very nice restaurant that I wish I'd noticed before. The staff is incredible and doesn't just act friendly towards customers in a basic way. Instead they're very social and opinionated and it's a nice change of pace. The food is great and there are some decent specials. It's also very pretty inside. Last time I ordered the seafood feast. Butterfly shrimp, cod, oyster, and a crab cake with two sides (I got fries and mashed potatoes) for only about $18. The sizing is generous and they include a bunch of sauces on the side to fit any tastes. Everything was great but the butterfly shrimp was the absolute best. The previous time I was here I tried their special burger and it was just as wonderful. My aunt likes to get the roast beef sandwich every time because they prepare it so well. Your drinks won't go empty for a second and you won't be left alone.”

“Not a huge buffet. Never overly crowded. Nice and quiet. No hustle and bustle. Cheaper than other buffets. Good food. Nice amount of choices. Sometimes it takes a while for them to refill food trays that need refilled. A lot of people tend to check the buffet choices before choosing to sit down and eat. We usually go to the big buffet on the Dual but once in a while we choose this one if we are on the south side of town, want to avoid crowds, save money, and don't mind less choices. I also like this one because it is a family owned restaurant.”
