Pelham House Resort

Room was amazing, clean. The views were spectacular! Staff was so helpful and friendly. The front desk supervisor I believe, was so nice and answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations for stuff to do around cape cod.

Great location on the beach. Owners have obviously invested heavily into the renovation of the facility but there are a few operational shortcomings. We stayed in late September and there was no option for breakfast - just coffee in the lobby. Also, there is no one on duty after 11 pm. For a place that's naming itself as a full service resort and charging top tier offseason prices, including an additional "resort fee" every night, neither of these practices are acceptable.
You'll want to book a room on the top floor otherwise you'll hear every footstep of the occupants above you.
The Rooftop restaurant is great for dinner - pricey, but excellent food and service. Looks like it might be dinner only for us in the future.

We had a nice experience at the Pelham House restaurant. The atmosphere was fun and chic. There was live music, curling downstairs, and everyone seemed to be having a great time.
We sat at the rooftop deck and were seated a little before sundown, so the view was spectacular.
The wait staff was attentive and friendly. Our entire party enjoyed the food.
The only bad part of the evening was that it was quite cold where we were seated on the rooftop deck. They had the heat lamps going and most of the other customers seemed to be comfortable. I don't know if we just had bad luck and were seated in the corner that didn't get heat. It got quite drafty by the window that I ended up putting my coat on.
Overall, it was a good experience, but I was disappointed that the heat wasn't evenly distributed throughout the deck. It's a bit of an oversight considering the prices that we paid
