The food and service were good, but the atmosphere was a little dull. With so many other more interesting options available in the area, we probably won't go back.
Small breakfast place next to the post office that isn't easy to notice but a local introduced us to they place and we enjoyed it. We found the wait here to be less in session than some other nearby breakfast places. Good food. Friendly staff. They only take cash, no credit cards so although it isn't an expensive place bring enough cash.
It's a casual breakfast place - how good could it be, really? That was my opinion going in. But the food is far superior than the average breakfast place. Perfectly cooked eggs. Homefries that you actually want to eat, because they have a wonderful golden, crisp crust outside a wonderfully creamy red bliss potato, and seasoned with care. Pancakes were unlike anything I've had before. They had a malty-ness to them, and we're so much better than the standard fluffy mush so many places serve. Prices were reasonable, service was on point. We will be back!
Small restaurant that seems to cater towards local people. This is always the type of restaurant I prefer. I got cod cakes with home fries and two eggs. I had never had cod cakes before and was a big fan. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of cod in the party. The home fries were some of the best i have enjoyed.
