“A great night out, ordered the Tomahawk Steak on the menu. A great cut. Aged well and tasty, it was a tad on the small side for what I expected from $110+ steak (meat wise) but the bone was quite large and the meat was top notch. It was cooked well and the taste was there. It was big but maybe a slightly larger cut thickways would even things out. Wait staff didn't know where the Oysters were from which was troubling and they had been drained of all the "nectar" which I have come to love from local seafood, don't drain the oysters! We ordered a bottle of wine that was said to be a Portuguese wine but was actually a Merlot from Seattle, WA called Lady Hill or Lady on the Hill or Hill Lady ?♂️. Maybe he just didn't study the origin of the bottles in stock, it was still a great wine choice. A pleasant meal and the dining room was festive and warm, leaving everyone ultimately very happy at the end of the evening. Finished the meal with some Cheesecake flan that was a nice change from the usual flan that is on so many menus. I'd love to go back and try a few different cuts from their steak offerings and give a filet a shot. Thanks Douro Steakhouse, happy new year to you! ?”

“I took a leap trying this place on DoorDash because it was new and I couldn't find any reviews. This place is amazing!! I've ordered twice and they made my hash Benedict perfectly each time. The hollandaise is amazing, better than most places. I do want to add that in asking for hash Benedict on the DoorDash app, it is a special order and they clearly pay attention to the request I made and did not give me the ham it comes with. Very impressed!”

“I'm so happy to have a vegan/vegetarian restaurant in my home city. This is the first place of its kind. Everything is vegan by default, but vegetarians and non-plant-based folks can request traditional egg, and dairy cheese and milk if desired. I've had some family and friends visit, though, and they've all tried the vegan as-is options. Everyone has loved everything so far. My favorites are the taco salad, Southwest breakfast wrap, and the lentil dahl soup, but everything is delicious! And it's so affordable. I'm used to spending all my eating out money in the vegan mecca that is Providence and the prices are a bit higher in Providence. I still support those small businesses regularly, but it's also nice to give your wallet a little break while eating delicious food and supporting a Fall River vegan-owned business. Sweet Rose offers the vegan Just Egg in their breakfast options and it is, by far, prepared best here, in my opinion. It also isn't available anywhere else, so it's so nice to be able to go out for breakfast in my own backyard again! They have quite a few baked goods available daily, both gluten free and traditional, and they serve the best coffee on the planet; Jim's Organic. Overall, I highly recommend this place. They seem to be quite popular, so it's not unusual to walk in to a mob of people getting food. The only downside is the place is small, so tables and parking can fill up fast at busy times, but the clientele and staff are always very friendly, and the place is always clean. I'd give more stars if I could. I'm just so glad they found their way to Fall River.”

I will give it another try in a few months to see if anything changed. The staff is very very friendly and accommodating. There is music playing in the background, and sometimes requests can be made. There is also a little dance floor for those who would like to dance.”
