“Just returned from my first trip to Cuttyhunk and I’m planning to return next summer for a longer visit and will definitely stay at the Cuttyhunk Fishing Club again! The location is great and the views are outstanding. The building is rustic, and the rooms are comfortable each a little different with quirky charm. (Be sure you know what you’re booking, most rooms share bathrooms, which wasn’t an issue for us but may be for some.) There are a number of common rooms, well appointed with books and games and comfortable seating, and filled with paintings and photographs related to the history of the island and the club. These rooms encourage guests to meet and mingle. Every morning the porch turns into a full breakfast restaurant, attracting a lot of island visitors who aren’t staying at the club — the food is great.. There’s no other food service and there are limited options on the island, but if you bring food with you, you can store it in a shared refrigerator with individual baskets, and prepare it yourself in the kitchen. Bonnie and her team are very helpful and do a great job providing a friendly, relaxing atmosphere! My daughter, grandson and I all had a wonderful time!”
