“One of the best coffee places in W. Mass! They have unique specialty coffees and teas, as well as bags of whole bean coffee so you can make it at home. They sell Chemex products there too (at more reasonable prices than online)! During fall, try their Bonfire Latte. The locations I've been to all have access for wheelchairs and a decent amount of room. Currently, I believe they're still take-out only. Mask policies still in place to keep us all safe, too!”

Seems occasionally and only in the last few months I get a very snotty entitled young lady with a real "suck it" attitude on the phone when I order. This one employee is the difference for me between a 4 or 5 star review. I think it's important for young people to have employment opportunities but they need to take work seriously.”

The clerk taking our order was pleasant and in the process of training another associate! Food had come quickly and was hot! The only down side was the dining area was dirty with crumbs on tables and the carpeting was stained! The dining area honestly needs some cleaning and upgrades! We visit wendys in hadley on occasion and their dining area is really nice! Hopefully management can petition corporate for some updating!”
