“We were visiting Massachusetts from Canada last week and we loved this restaurant so much we went back before we left! The place is quite big and has German style decor and most importantly I don't think there is a bad table in the house. They're nicely spaced and comfortable! The beer menu is heaven if you like good European beer on tap! The food is absolutely delicious and we tried a lot of it! The wait staff is even more fantastic! We had different servers both nights but both were very attentive in regards to my dairy allergy. The chef was just as attentive! This is SO rare because most restaurants don't really care or make note of it and then I end up with a meal I can't eat. Or worse, I end up sick. (At a different restaurant, I was once brought a steak covered in butter and when asked why it had butter on it the server said it was "only a little.") So THANK YOU so much for two nights of incredible food and a wait staff that I had complete confidence in.”

“Romano's has many offerings similar to many pizza establishments of this type. Not fancy but a good place non the less. My wife and son had pizza which included combo and pepperoni. I had the Antipasto Salad. We also shared some honey BBQ wings. The food was very good! The Staff there were great! Very friendly and could not have been nicer!! We will definitely come back! They are located in Chicopee Center and there is plenty of parking! Give them a try!!! You wont regret it!!!”

“The phone app always gives me problems, or doesn't work. Decent gas prices. Very friendly service. Rewards program needs to be better for loyal customers. I now frequent a different establishment with comparable gas prices, but a much better rewards program. Definitely need to treat your loyal customers to more Rewards.”
