    Wonderful place to eat very clean food is always fresh n hot best Wendy's by far!

    This tends to be the best Wendy's around. I have yet to have an order messed up by them. Everyone is always nice. I am glad they decided to build a second one in West Springfield, since the one heading to the Big E tends to mess up orders often, and don't always have the best workers around.

    The young man at the counter was extremely courteous and professional the fries were crisp hot and delicious (first time in my experience at a Wendy's) Would have given 5 stars but they were out of almost all soda and other drink varieties for some reason so I had to settle for something I don't like or I would have had to pay to drink a cup of tap water.
