Every town deserves a good burger joint with ice cream and a fun atmosphere like this one has. For a fair price you can get a quality burger and tasty ice cream, but if you want your fries hot not lukewarm I recommend going during slow hours.

Yes, it's busy, yes, the lines can be long, yes, they have had some staffing issues, but the food is excellent and so worth the wait! I've had the U smash burger on multiple occasions and really enjoyed it. Got the hot dog loaded with toppings and was very happy with my decision. The fries have always been crispy and seasoned well. Love the ABC sauce and the root beer floats don't disappoint. Highly recommend giving them a shot and having grace for them as they're a new business getting the hang of things!

A phenomenal addition to the Amherst restaurant scene. Amazing food, staff are incredibly patient and hard working. A blast for all ages. Great selection of both beer and ice cream!! Cannot ask for more!!

My friend and I have been looking forward for the grand opening of Amherst Burger for a while now. After a long night out, we were finally able to give it a shot on the way home. We went in with high expectations, and not only were they met, they were exceeded. We went to order and was immediately greeted by kind staff. We then seated ourselves and the food was delivered to us shorty after. They proceeded to give us the best burgers we’ve ever had. Everything is phenomenal, the fries, the burgers, the sourdough… I could honestly eat here for every meal of the day. Additionally, they serve ice cream from Flayvors, an ice cream staple of the pioneer valley. You really can’t ask for anything more when it comes to a quality, family friendly restaurant.
