Miss Saigon

I was blown away by the amazing flavors that I experienced in this little restaurant in Amherst. I had the rice with Mango & I'm still loving the portion that I took home. I'll recommend this place to everyone I know.

Always a joy to have a meal at Miss Saigon's. The menu is wonderfully varied and the wait staff are upbeat and the service is graceful and efficient. They check in with you to make sure you have what you want...It's such a pleasure to eat there.

While the rice vermicelli noodles were fresh, the sauce on the bun was sticky and was not served in a separate dish. It didn't have the taste of freshness, but more of the sort of sauces you find at a typical Chinese restaurant. This is not what I expect for Rice vermicelli dishes at a Vietnamese restaurant

Miss Saigon serves good, fresh food at a reasonable price. There are really good vegetarian options. I think that I would recommend the pho over the other dishes. The place is almost always packed full of college students and I would recommend getting there before noon to get a table. The service is friendly, although food isn't always well organized from the kitchen.

The food is always fantastic. The portions are huge. The price is super reasonable. The bubble tea an added bonus. If my favorite server there hadn't left I would give it a 6th star. I live 40 minutes away but go about once a month.
