Cash only, but worth it. Very tasty and doesn't get enough business. I got a chicken shwarma and the seasonings were great, it was a good length, and only 6.00 with a student discount. Definitely coming back

Authentic Lebanese food. The food here is really made with love. Just know it is cash only, but well worth your while.

Very nice place with Arabic touch, I loved the paintings and the furniture. It feels like an authentic arabic restaurant. The food was good I had a shish tawook. Ali the owners son was very friendly and welcoming.

A necessary addition to Amherst! Coming from a city with a modest Lebanese population, one thing I missed was having access to great shawarma. Malek Shawarma fills that void!

Ali is the manager and will make anyone feel welcome. He's a young guy with tons of ambition to grow this restaurant. Starting with the basics: the restaurant is open and relaxing with free wifi (for you students).

The food is perfection. The beef shawarma is juicy, perfectly seasoned, and tender. The chicken is phenomenal and the sides are every bit as authentic as you'd expect.

Give them a try, you'll quickly find your new favorite spot in the Valley.
