Shake Shack

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this new location! They opened about a month ago.
This one is located with two sets of doors, one on the outside of the mall near the Asian Fusion restaurant and Nordstrom. There’s doors that lead straight into the mall from there, too.
There are 4 ordering pads in front of the register as you walk in, so you can take your time looking at the menu and order at your own pace. The management is very kind, and the food is delicious as you’d expect at Shake Shack. Mobile ordering is an option, so you can pickup when you need to, and there is lots of indoor seating if you’d like to stay, though.

Located in a renovated area of the Burlington Mall where Sears used to be, this Shake Shack is new, clean, and decently sized for a fast food joint in the mall.

You can order from one of the screens and then pick up at the counter, or you can order online and pick up at the rack on the side.

The burgers are satisfying.

The chick'n bites seem to be very low quality chicken nuggets that they tried to compensate with a fancy, crunchy breading and an absurd amount of pepper.

The crinkle cut fries are cooked perfectly but are in need of salt.

Online order does not work. Received an error message after completing order online regarding server issues. Assumed it had not gone through and made alternate arrangements. 20 minutes later I get a text telling me my order is ready. I was already out of the area. I was very annoyed but I did go back and pick up my food.

Food was good. Fries were great as was the shake. Burgers similar to Five Guys but less messy. One of my burgers was burned a bit. Overall pretty good. Would rate higher if there were no problems with the online ordering.

Just went here recently and honestly wasn’t anything special. That was until I met a man by the name of Ian. Ian is love. Ian is life. Come to shake shack and enjoy not only their food but their excellent customer service from Ian!(This man already deserves a raise).
