It's not a massive chain or production line style ovens (the conveyor ones you see at certain places) so it can sometimes take a little longer for the pizza. “We try to avoid such big chains usually, but we were very surprised by the quality and freshness of the food! The menu is huge, but everything we had was delicious! The staff is friendly too. “Despite being in the middle of a mall food court, this is probably one of the most authentic Indian restaurants in the area according to my Indian friends. The food is always fresh, they have the best selections and you get a lot of food for your dollar. The staff here is friendly and I dont mind schlepping into the mall to grab this food on the way home. It is a fresher alternative to nasty food court Chinese or Cajun chicken garbage offerings.”
