“Every experience i have had with them has been enjoyable, super friendly and efficient service. Also they have very reasonable prices for what you get. Every sandwich I have had has been extremely good. The only downside is during days with high traffic in the mall it does take a decent amount of time for the food to come out. Overall I would say it's one the better food options in the mall.”

“It's really all about what you order, I have had meals I would rate 5 stars, and then meals I would give 2. The staff has always been relatively friendly and the 50s vibe makes it an enjoyable experience. I would personally recommend Wayback Burger instead, however the prices are a little more reasonable for what you get at Johnny Rockets.”

“Food and service is great but do not love the renovation of the Natick location. Felt warm and comfortable before and now seems lacking of something. Don’t like that there is now no wall from the top of the booth area up so you’re basically looking right in to the store at clothes and shoppers. Maybe that is something they’ll add back in again later but is a very strange set up.”

“Great (in the mall food court) Japanese restaurant with classic chicken teriyaki. Probably my favorite restaurant and choice in the Burlington Mall food court. The chicken teriyaki I got came with fried rice and steamed veggies; I also got a bottle of water bringing my total to $10.25 which is very reasonable for the amount of food and location. Overall it’s very delicious food with pushy staff (kind of expected) and easy to find location, this is a great spot. One last thing - they are always handing out free samples so try it for yourself!”

“I'm usually a huge Buffalo Wild Wings fan. They have recently done an overhaul to make themselves a little bit more economically friendly by not giving the paper boats and instead using a recycled paper and metal tray. I feel the portion sizes or a little small compared to how they were. The staff also kept forgetting something each trip. They were very friendly but my overall experience wasn't as good as it usually is.”

“The staff were very nice and friendly. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen and my wife had the sushi bento - overall, I would say mine was worth the $10, but my wife's wasn't quite at the value of $14. Additionally, the seating was pretty difficult to find, as their are 4-5 different restaurants right beside each other. Overall, my wife and I will be back to try out some other restaurants, but might try to avoid the lunch rush in the future.”

“This place was dirty. We arrived at around 11. The store is a big Duncan's with a variety of seating. The food was good, typical Duncan's. There was a TV and it is easy to access from the road. But inside there were napkins all over and tables were dirty. The rest rooms weren't great either.”

“Clean. Looked well staffed with people hammering out orders in about 6 minutes per ticket. I personally ordered 3 Cheese burgers loaded with condiments and a small fry, 9 minute full time from ordering to walking out the door. I noticed 3 people in front of my before I ordered and 4 that followed me. While I was waiting for mine, I saw a well kept kitchen area, and speedy workers in a pretty outstanding mood. Burgers were tasty as always.”
