Wait staff was amazing, apps were phenomenal, entrees were delicious. All and all Texas Roadhouse delivers in spades. We'll definitely be back and if you haven't done yourself the pleasure you really should.
Highly recommended. Service is wonderful and off course the food is quite delicious. Any food establishment where the manager takes the time to come over to each table to make sure everyone is happy says a lot to me.
Food was good. The waitress messed up on one order. She never came back and asked if it came back better. Very slow getting stuff that you ask for and not very happy if you asked for more bread. I've been going to that place for a long time and had always great service. This is the first time in a long time that I wasn't happy with the place. Food as always great
I went here for a Sunday lunch with my friend. This was maybe first Texan food experience in or around Boston, and it was awesome. To start with, there was a short 5-10 minutes wait. Then server guided us to our table and we started with complementary House baked bread and butter. That was really fresh, soft bread. Also they have complementary bucket of roasted peanuts, which is simply AMAZING! Then I ordered Herb Crusted Chicken with House salad- honey mustard dressing and Steak fries with cheese and bacon. Everything was super awesome and portions were definitely Texas-style. My friend got Smothered chicken with mashed potatoes and apple sauce. He loved it too. Overall it was a very pleasant lunch experience. Also all the servers were very pleasant and easy to talk to. And price wise, it was absolutely cheap for Boston standards. Would definitely visit again!
Not the best chain steakhouse. The bread is always great and so is the service, but honestly it's the kinda place where you get served by 4 different people and hardly know who your actual server is. My main issue is with the food. The steaks lack flavor, and they never come cooked right.. photo is a bone in ribeye that was 50% inedible fat. What meat we pulled off was a full range of well done to rare with raw fat on the side. We asked for a manager, didn't want to pay a ridiculous price for a steak we could barely eat... and he was great. Had a new steak for us made that came out much better (but still kinda tasteless) and gave us a coupon for a free app, which was a nice gesture. But I think I'll finally stop coming back.
