“I just saw Dr. HAND, ND for the first time and it certainly won't be my last. I didn't know what to expect going in but it was a very pleasant experience. His kindness, his touch and his compassion were way above normal. He does Bowen, craniosacral and therapy of the mind all at one time. Talk about COMPLETE COMFORT! his hands get this energy that can't be explained and he is capable of helping so many things that we all suffer from dzy to day. Look at the lists of stuff he helps! It's so incredible. I left feeling like i made a friend instead of seeing a doctor! In my heart that is how it is.”

The only difficulty I had was finding something I could eat on a limited diet, as their menu is short due to what they make being all farm fresh. But that's not a con, just my own limits. The sirloin steak tips were great, as well as the roast duck. I've yet to survive their great portion sizes enough to try their dessert menu. Some day.”

“I was looking for vegetarian melatonin, without the gelatin capsule. I know it was a long shot, but I gave them a chance and they actually had it. Now I don't have to order it on Amazon anymore. “My friend Nick and I just had a wonderful meal. Josh our waiter was amazing and knew the answers to all our questions. We made him laugh too which was a plus. We tipped Josh as much as we could afford because of his stellar service. We had the quail with the leek brioche stuffing as an app. Nick and I would have eaten a full bowl of just the stuffing if given that option as that was to die for. Nick got the short rib which was crazy tender and I got a medium rare NY Strip. We will be back to eat probably the next time the season changes. Can't wait to see what these guys come up with next. Great new addition to Groton.”

“My boyfriend and I love coming here every Saturday to try new and delicious organic foods. We’re sad to hear that for most of the summer, they will be closed on Saturdays, as that is our one day off together each week. But we’re making the most of it by going every single weekend from now until then to enjoy quesadillas, Congo bars, and their delicious strawberry smoothies. Our two favorite workers, Anthony and Kiely, are part of why we have returned so often. They are warm, friendly, and amazing cooks! We love sitting here for a few hours, talking with them, and ordering treat after treat until we’re full. Overall, an AMAZING place to eat! I highly recommend this farm to table cafe to everyone. The food is delicious, but more importantly, you feel good after eating it...energized and ready to take on your day! ☺️”
