“I think the true test of any business is how they deal with a problem. I called in a simple order and was warned that it would take 20 minutes to complete because they just received a big order. I appreciated that information and managing my expectations.I got there about 20 mins after my call and the 25 pizzas ordered just before mine were still being finished. I was apologized to right away and they let me know they'd finish my pizza as soon as they could. It was about 15 more minutes. I was acknowledged and thanked for my patience. They also gave me my very tasty chicken pizza for free and thanked me for waiting. I appreciate the communication and the pizza was great.”

“This is one of, if not the best, Italian restaurants I have been to. The artichokes wrapped in prosciutto with balsamic vinegar are incredible and unlike anything you can find elsewhere. We had the Chicken Marsala for our entree and the chicken was tender and the sauce was light and rich. I highly recommend - it's worth the trip! (Also, the staff is kind as well!) We are from Raleigh, NC and will definitely be back.”

AMAZING Lobster roll that fresh and wonderfully prepared. Not a whole lot of mayo and other additives. You could really taste the lobster in its full glory. “Seems controversial on taste and authenticity. I can't speak to authenticity but having tried many places with this type of food that all run together, this place stands out. I will agree that I see separation in sauces which can show a good amount of grease, but because I don't know what to expect a good stir solves it. “Went here before a big event in Medford. Staff was clearly overwhelmed. Instead of getting some back up from the kitchen or management there was only one poor waitress trying to ferry the food and take orders for the whole restaurant. I have been on quieter nights and the service was always fine. This night was an exception. Just can't understand how someone from the back did not come out and help the one waitress though. The sushi is fantastic however. Order out or done in on a quiet night. Yummy.”

“Hands down the best Dough in Eastern Massachusetts. Forget the supposedly great places you hear about in the city. This pizza is one of the best, not just in Massachusetts but anywhere. The dough is made fresh and consistently perfectly crispy on the bottom with a light doughy inside. Is NOT covered in extra cheese LIKE some places. The Sauce,Cheese and Toppings ratios are perfect. My go to is the White Buffalo, but a large Cheese with garlic is a close second. They also have a handful of other things that make it difficult for me to stick to my diet, Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls, Garlic Parm wings. ARACINI....Everything produced here is top notch and second to none in the area. If you're looking for a top notch pizza experience this is where you stop.”

“This is a solid location as opposed to others they are cool friendly abd efficient.... They learn their customers orders and are on point after going there so many times they start to make it before you even order when I first started coming here we started off on a bad foot when I was given a frozen coffee that was melted completely and when I brought it back one of the ladies told me that that's how it was supposed to look and since then they have done better They definitely have changed my perception on them and I enjoy this location”
