UPDATE: SMASHBURGER IS BACK. Just went there with the family today (7/5/2019) and had a great experience. Clearly new staff. Revised menu. Food was fast and perfect. Good to see Smashburger back!! Oreo shake is still the best.

Old Review: I hate to give this 2 stars but it is seriously going downhill. It used to be awesome. Really awesome. Didn’t matter how many people were there or how long the line. Food was great and fast. I was there tonight and there were 4 orders. It took 20 minutes to get a classic smash and a kids smash. This is a classic case of under-staffing and under-training. It’s a shame. I’ll be skipping this location from now on.

They temporarily lost their liquor license. There were no other customers. I had a chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Service was great considering I was the only person.I hope you guys stay opened. You're a great alternative to fast food.

Tonight I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. I opened the bag to grab a fry and they were luke warm. When I got home the sandwich was soggy. There was no bacon on the sandwich and they put mayo on it and I did not ask for it. I also asked for the bun to be toasted and it was not. Most times when I have eaten there the burgers are good but not tonight. Spoke to the manager told them about the burger and asked for a coupon for a free burger. He said next time I come in ask for the manager on duty and they would take care of it. I have never had a bad experience but this one time. Was disappointed tonight.

The burgers are pretty good. I've tried the BBQ and the bacon burgers. A little on the pricey side as a double burger, regular fry and regular drink were $13 and some change. Overall good food and service.
