Ruth's Chris Steak House

Our experience was ok. We have been to several Ruth's Chris locations and this didn't really live up to the standard. We made a reservation for a special occasion but were sat on the bar side. My partner and I order our steaks medium. His was cooked perfectly. Mine was perfect for the first two cuts, but the other half of the steak was very rare. We didn't get a chance to catch our waitress until well into the meal time and felt uncomfortable asking for it to be cooked longer as it had been 20 minutes since the food arrived. It is totally on us for not saying something or trying to flag someone down earlier. Little disappointed in the evening as we have had amazing experiences at other locations (pre COVID)

Great place! Kim was my server and she was fantastic! She explained the menu and made some great suggestions. The guy who came to clear our table a few times was also very good. We had the crab stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and it was alright. However, the steak was amazing! I had the cowboy cut and it was cooked to perfection. Just the right amount of seasoning. Totally worth the price. I didn't think I could finish it all but before I knew it, it was all gone. This is a great place to go to if you have a special occasion. The atmosphere is wonderful, the steaks are excellent, and the service is 5 stars!

Food a little pricey but Please understand it is worth every penny and then some

Staff was attentive. Food was on par with Boston location where I have frequented for many years and thought above all other steak houses in Boston. Steaks were cooked to perfection. We had filet on bone and t bone. We will come back!

I tried this place once with my friend and I am addicted ever since. I like the excellent character and delicious food and drinks. Kudos.
