The Smoke Shop BBQ - Assembly Row

I have been to this place 4 times and ,tried a few things on the menu. I have had their fried chicken, which wasn't bad however could use a bit of seasoning the cornbread was good, when served hot with butter, I have really enjoyed the BRISKET! Reminds me of a Texas down home BBQ, and the Mac& cheese was really good, the collard greens are a little vinegary. However the potato salad was flavorful, they do make a really good meatloaf the drinks are okay it's a Bourbon, Whiskey friendly menu. Overall not a bad place, I do wish the sides were a little bigger for dinner.

One of the newer additions to restaurants in Assembly, and so glad it's here. There's a great variety of BBQ plates with a lot of delicious options for sides. I enjoy coming back every time.

Great spot in Assembly! A bit expensive but well worth it!! The ribs were perfection and all of the sides were amazing. The three sauces are all great as well. The service was amazing and everyone was helpful and patient. We came when it wasn't that crowded but it didn't take long at all to get our food! This place was great!!

Our Smoke Shop catering for our work party was a huge hit and loved by everyone--brisket, burnt ends, & pulled pork were all so delicious, corn bread was great, and the mac 'n cheese was super creamy and a nice relief from the typically dried out mac 'n cheese that most restaurants serve (*Tip - putting any of these meats IN your mac 'n cheese is such a great idea). The only bad part of the food was when it was all gone! The pricing may seem a bit high, but at least the quality is worth the cost. We worked with the Catering Sales Director, Laura, who was super quick to respond, very kind, and accommodating--great customer service. We will definitely be ordering from Smoke Shop again for future events! Highly recommended.
