“Went to Fourth and Field for the first time , hoping for a new, inspired restaurant in the area . The restaurant is basically the same as I remember it 15 years ago plus or minus a few pics , etc. I thought maybe we would see the new owners walking through the restaurant , making sure everyone was happy with their meals, etc. when we got there which was very early for dinner, we had the place to ourselves which was nice. We sat near the big windows to view the airstrip . We ordered a salad and the soup , both were fine but did take about 20 minutes to arrive even though we were the only ones seated . We both had a drink which was fine though they did not have Merlot . I noticed about only two beers on draught? Both of us ordered the Fillet Oscar , it came out looking okay but the amount of crab meat on top wasn’t even enough to taste and I didn’t see any béarnaise sauce . The asparagus and mashed potatoes were good. Overall , it was a pleasant evening and we will try it again but the prices were pretty high for this type of restaurant . I do hope Fourth and Field dies well !”

“My favorite is the chocolate chip and/or oatmeal cookies! This is the best bakery if you have food allergies! I am constantly impressed with this bakery. Try it if you don't believe me!”

“Tried it this weekend. Nice place, I believe it was an Inn in the past. They'll probably do super well in Apple season! Hopefully some recipes will reflect the season too. I think the specialty is fried chicken which I got which was good, juicy, flavorful and with a bot of a kick. They also do really good sides - liked the hush puppies! Though it brought me to wondering id they'll do more seafood in the future. I think the big takeaway is that the food is organic and it does capture the feel of home cooked meals which isn't easy. Cost is fair, maybe slight high for some items but I'll visit again in the future.”

“This restaurant is fabulous. It's set deep in Stow in the actual Stow Airport where the private little flyers come in and out ...on the actual airstrip. Very cool to watch takeoffs and landings from the window. Cute place, clean, food is absolutely delicious, and the coffee is amazing. The waitstaff are super friendly and very efficient. Well worth the trek to Stow!”

“Last night I drove from Providence, RI to Clinton, MA to visit a friend. Before I headed home I needed to fuel up, I was shocked when I pulled up to the pump and realized I had forgotten my wallet. There was no way I was going to make it home with the gas I had, so I swallowed my pride, went inside and asked the young girl at the register is she was willing to let me use her debit/credit card I would immediately transfer her the money through my mobile app, she was very dry (slightly rude) and declined. As I was about to walk out I seen a young Dunkin Donuts' associate washing up some trays and called her over to ask her the same question, she informed me she did not have a bank account but asked me to hold a minute,. Seconds later, without hesitation she returns and says here are my tips for the day ($5). I was extremely moved and at first said I couldn't do that to her, but she kept insisting. Realizing I needed this help I accepted and asked for her information so I can send her a small "thank you" for her big heart and kindness. Amethyst, I thank you for what you did last night, you helped me see and learn many things. I hope this reaches the people it needs to reach so you are recognized accordingly. You didn't, hesitate or ask for anything in return. you worked hard for your money and gifted it to a complete stranger. Amethyst - THANK YOU!”
