“Wow! What an awesome place! My parents recently moved to Franklin so we were looking for a new place to try. Birchwood is FAB! The salads are (shockingly) good! The baked goods are fresh, the space is bright, clean and airy. The staff, a young woman that took our orders and generally serves the main room was super friendly. This place is doing it RIGHT! We will definitely be back. Try it out! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!”

“Well first of all the food is McDonald's food, so not much variation from one location to another. That's good so you get what you're expecting and that was the case here also. The people here are what you're interested in and they were all very nice, friendly and helpful. The location is clean and not run down so all-in-all an excellent McDonald's location.”

“Generous portions of nicely cooked basic American cuisine. My salad was fresh and colorful, tuna well prepared with just the right amount of mayo. The Asian chicken salad looked delicious. Only criticism is that it is very noisy. We were a party of six and could only hear the person immediately next. Will go back because the food outweighed the noise!”
