“We called on a Friday night to order a bunch of pizzas for a big group. It was during dinner time and the expected wait time was an hour. We said never mind since we were on a time frame with our party. Within a few minutes the owner called us back to let us know he could make our pizzas and have them ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Our 12 extra large pizzas were ready within the time promised. Thank you Napoli for excellent customer service!”
