Instead of acknowledging me arrive up to the window, he was having a side conversation with another employee. While having the side conversation, he reached out for payment and provided my beverage while continuing his side conversation without saying one word to me. A little more customer service would have been appreciated.”

Unfortunately we were only able to stay one night during a recent visit and it happened to be storming pretty badly, but the location near the entrance to Cape Cod is great and the French country style was perfect! My wife loves impressionistic painters and this hotel did not disappoint! Great artwork throughout and then a real life representation of Monet's garden left us wishing we had more time and better weather to explore! We'll definitely be back!”

“So glad to see Crane Brook back open. Four of us had brunch. Food was very good. We had some appetizers to start. The Brussels sprouts were tastey but the taste was overpowered by how sweet it was. We also ordered fresh fruit and found the Mellon slices were not ripe.The main dishes were very good and look forward to going back. They make a perfect bloody Mary! There were four diners in our party and the was some delay getting two of our main dishes. The entrees should come out together. We will be back.”

Good menu and drinks There were 5 of us and we decided to eat inside. You can't beat the view! Gluten Free Clam Chowder was awesome! I couldn't tell it was GF. We had an order of the Mussels and they definitely did not disappoint. Fish & Chips were incredible, I had the burger which I enjoyed very much. We all enjoyed our lunch and can't wait to go back. When all the renovations are done this restaurant should be a mainstay for years to come.”
