This is my fourth time visiting this hotel and I absolutely love the atmosphere and vibe. Sport bar inside the hote is really cool spot, always feeling cozy and service is great! Bartender Denis is amazing, great service and personality! 5 stars for him!
Sat down on a Sunday afternoon to watch football and have a few drinks with no expectations. Dennis the bartender and Christine the manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, personalize our cocktails, share some mixology science and made it a great day. The combination of the staff, great food and the 8 screens made it the perfect place to watch football.
Service - 1/5. The service started off great, until our food was served. Then we did not see our server anywhere in the restaurant for at least an hour. We had to grab a different server to order drinks, who also never checked back and then eventually go to the bar ourselves. About 1 hour later we see the original server back in the restaurant, but he did not come over to say anything about disappearing. We had to go out of our way to get him to come back to the table and drop the check. Of course once the check was mentioned he was attentive again.
Food - 4/5. All the food was good, except for the salmon dish, which was very very undercooked. Then after sending it back, it took about 45 minutes to get a new dish and it was more seared on the outside, but still undercooked. Also, no one followed up with us to see if it was cooked correctly.
Setup and atmosphere - 5/5. Great spot to watch a game
What else could you want in a sports bar?
- TV situation. 10+ HUGE TVs. All crystal clear
- It's bright. High ceilings. If your teams losing, you at least want some light to brighten your day. Not a dark lit bar to drink your sorrows away
- Drinks. From Bud Light, to craft cocktails, to Top Shelf 20 yr. Scotch. Pick your poison. They have it all
- Food. Actually terrific food. Would go here when there is no games on. How many sports bar can you say the same?
- Staff- extremely friendly and hospitable. shout out Dennis
- Price- get what you pay. If you're looking for the cheapest option, no frills, pitchers of beer, and weathered old sports bar vibe. This isn't your bar.
You want a more sophisticated spot with incredible TV watching and great food/drink where sports fans and non-sports fans can enjoy together. This is the place in Boston
First time here was on a fall Sunday to watch some football. Over 20 sig screen TVs in the bar that are a high quality in picture and the audio/sound quality for music is good as well. Huge bar area so you don't feel crowded while having a bite or drink. Food was solid from what we ate. Cocktails are more high end but good quality. And the more impressive piece was the service level. I went there with a buddy who had been once before 4 weeks earlier and the bartender recalled their exchanges throughout the night.
Highly recommend this place to go out, football or otherwise.
